Kathmandu | Nepal has defeated Kuwait by 8 wickets in fourth match of the ACC U-19 Premier League at Kuala Lumpur on Monday.
Nepal elected to bat first And put up 250 runs losing 8 wickets in 50 overs and Chasing the 251 run target, Kuwait Make 167 runs in 50 Over loosing 9 Wickets Only. Nepal's sushil kandel and prem tamang took took same two wickets.
Dipendra airee 47 runs off 58 balls including six boundaries while Bhurtel hit 35 runs off 54 balls including four boundaries.
Nepal lost their five wicket with 34 runs on board in 8 overs. However, Dipendra airee and Sushil kandel anchored the Nepali innings. Airee scored 85 runs off 91 balls including six boundaries and two sixes while sushil hit 73 runs off 115 balls including fIve four and one six.
Sushil Kandel was named Man of the match for his watch winning performanc.
Malaysia, Nepal, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE are participating in the tournament.
